A. No, you will need to enroll in online banking and create a new log in. Once you are logged in, in order to view your statements, click transactions, then click statements.
A. You may have a pop-up blocker installed that needs to be disabled in order to view E-Statements. If you have installed Windows XP Service Pack 2, this Service Pack updates Internet Explorer with a built-in pop-up blocker that is turned on by default. To turn it off, click on Tools in the menu bar, then select Pop-up Blocker, then select Turn Off Pop-up Blocker. You should then be able to open your E-Statement. After you have viewed your E-Statement you can turn the pop-up blocker back on if you wish.

Yes, you will need to enroll in Online Banking in order to register for E-Statements. Once you see your account(s) listed within the online banking platform, click Transactions, click Statements and your statements will show there.
A. Most registration errors are a result of formatting. First check to make sure that you have provided your information in the appropriate format specified for each field. Also make sure that you are providing the information for the primary account holder, not the secondary account holder, if you have two names on the account. If you still experience challenges registering, please contact your financial institution.
A. Once you've completed the registration process you will receive an email confirming your successful registration.
A. You will receive an email notification whenever a new statement is available for viewing. If the statement is not viewed within a certain time frame, a reminder email will be sent as a follow up.
A. You can print your statements, and you can also save them to your hard drive, diskette, CD, or other storage device.
A. E-Statements will generally remain available for viewing for 12 months after they have been posted.
A. Go to the sign on page for the E-Statements and click on the link "Forgot your user name and/or password?" Once there, the system will prompt you to provide additional information and will then email the password to you at the email account you used during registration.
