User Experience Analyst
ACCU is seeking an experienced, analytical financial services professional to fill this key, newly-created position in our beautiful headquarters office in Glendora. Consistent with our mission to delight our members with our efficiency and service quality, we will task this person with analyzing organizational processes, recommending improvements and/or new products to support the processes, and assisting in the development of solutions in order to optimize the member and internal customer experiences. Responsibilities will include communicating the status of current projects, document process changes, train on new processes and products, and create/update internal procedures. Seeking Bachelor’s degree or higher, and experience as would be found in 10 or more years of diverse duties and responsibilities in a bank or credit union.
