Director of Creative Development
ACCU is seeking an experienced and energetic marketing professional to lead the five-person Creative Development team at our beautiful Home Office facility in the foothill community of Glendora. The successful candidate will creatively develop and implement the ACCU brand; advertise and promote products and services through multiple channels, and oversee the design and publication of quality communications to the membership and the public. In addition, this creative professional will be responsible for developing and managing field marketing events, corporate functions, and directing the projects and work output of the Creative Development team as a whole. Call Center Representative
This experienced service professional will respond courteously and knowledgeably to telephone queries from ACCU’s members and potential members; assist potential members in completing their ACCU membership application; explain services, resolve challenges; direct phone calls to the appropriate area, as warranted; and maintain and correct member account information. Courtesy, professionalism, job knowledge, and dependability are foremost among the traits and aptitudes required in this full-time position with competitive benefits in our Glendora Home Office.
