Instructions

It is easy to use the XpressPost online depositing system.

  • Log into your Online Banking account. Under the "Services" menu option, select XpressPost. Enter your deposit information.
  • Note your Deposit Session Number. You will need to include this number on your envelope.
  • Put all checks and deposit items into a pre-addressed envelope. Write the Deposit Session Number on this envelope.
  • Place a stamp on the envelope and drop it in the mail.

That's it. And remember, your funds will be available immediately. You do not have to wait until we receive your mailed envelope to access the deposit.

You can deposit up to $1,500 per online session. If you have more than $1,500 in multiple checks, you can make multiple deposit sessions. Just note each unique Deposit Session Number.

FAQ

To qualify for XpressPost®, you must be a member with an account in good standing for 90 days and have access to Online Banking.

What if I forgot to record my Deposit Session Number?

You can still get the number before you mail the deposit by reviewing your outstanding XpressPost deposits in the online system. You will find your session number by clicking "Deposit Details" located on the opening page.

What if I don't have an XpressPost pre-addressed envelope?

Handwrite the address on any envelope. Don't forget to also include your Deposit Account Number. Mail to:

Are there any unacceptable deposits?

Yes. XpressPost is a convenience service provided to our members. However, certain deposits are unacceptable for your and our safety.

Deposits of the nature described below will result in the immediate reversal of the deposit from your account and may result in the suspension of XpressPost.

A check written to yourself on your own America's Christian CU account.

The deposit of a personal check that is drawn on the same account holder's personal checking at America's Christian CU is PROHIBITED. Deposits of this nature will result in the immediate revocation of XpressPost and may subject you to collection efforts.

Foreign Checks/Foreign Money Orders

A check or money order that is issued by a financial institution in another country (Canada, France, etc.) may ONLY be deposited by mail to America's Christian CU, PO Box 5100, Glendora, CA 91740.

Altered Checks

An altered check is any check that contains evidence of a change (correction fluid, crossed out amounts, etc.) to information on the face of the check. Members with altered check MUST get a replacement check from the maker before America's Christian CU will accept the deposit.

Stale Dated Checks

Certain checks contain instructions such as: "Void after 90 days after issue date" or "must be cashed within 6 months of issue date." These checks are not accepted after the stated void date.

Incomplete Items

An incomplete item is any item that does not contain signatures of the maker, endorsements signatures, or is missing any of the information required during key-entry in a Deposit Session.

Non-Negotiable Items

The deposit of any item stamped with a "non-negotiable" watermark is PROHIBITED. Deposits of this nature will result in the immediate revocation of XpressPost and may subject you to collection efforts.
