- FAQ
What do I need to do now?
– In order to ensure a smooth transition and a successful log in, be sure your contact information (address, telephone numbers and e-mail address) is up to date. Simply give us a call at 1-800-343-6328.
Will I still be able to use the same Username and Password when I log in the new system?
– Yes for your first time login, but you will be prompted to change it--that's why it's very important you verify your contact information. See our Online Banking Login Guide. When you login for the first time, you enter your normal Username and normal Password. The next screen will give you a choice of how you want to receive your Secure Access Code: pick the method (such as phone or e-mail) most accessible to you. After you click Continue, you should receive the Secure Access code via that method within a few seconds. Next, enter the Secure Access Code and click Continue. You will be prompted to change your password from there.
Will it look the same?
– We're improving the look and the feel of our Online Banking for even easier use and convenience. Click here for a demo if you'd like to try it for yourself.
Will it still have the same functionality it does today?
– It will have all the same great features and even added ones, such as the ability to send attachments via Secure Messages. Your Online Bill Pay functionality will not change.
What about any recurring transactions or future transactions I've scheduled?
– If you have any recurring transactions, you'll need to make a note of them and enter them in the new system. If you have future-dated transactions, you will need to re-enter them as well. Payments made through our Online Bill Payment Center, however, will not be affected.
What about my phone and e-Mail alerts? Will those automatically transfer?
– You'll want to go into "Preferences" to set those alerts, once you're in the new system.
Will my account number change, or my ATM card and PIN?
– Your account numbers, ATM cards and PINs (for ATM or Voice Banking) will not change. This only pertains to Online Banking.
Who do I call if I have questions?
– Our Member Service Team is available at (800) 343-6328, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (PT). After 5:00 p.m. (ET) and on weekends, technical support is still available, however, we will not be able to process transactions on your behalf. You can always contact us
Will the list of supported browsers change?
– We will continue to maintain a current list of supported browsers, which may expand as new browsers are introduced and adoption of them increases. You can view the current list by clicking here.
Do I need to do anything if I have direct deposits set up?
– No, your routing and account numbers won't change.
