I/we hereby authorize America's Christian Credit Union, its successors and/or its assigns, to receive any information that they may request about my/our accounts. Any additional credit information that America's Christian Credit Union, its successors and/or its assigns, may request, is given by me for the purpose of obtaining a mortgage loan and verifying quality control. I/we also authorize any person who is in receipt of an original, photocopy of fax copy of this authorization to consider it an original signed and dated by me/us for the purpose requested by America's Christian Credit Union, its successors and/or its assigns This form may be reproduced and is as valid as the original.
